- We
provide Maintenance, Support and Repair Services
for Intruder and Fire Alarm , CCTV and Access
Security Systems. We will support not
only our own installations but also
systems which we did not install -
see below for more information. |

Insurance
- As
we hold NACOSS Gold Approval from the
National Security Inspectorate,
having a servicing contract with us will
normally entitle you to a discount from your
property insurance. |

Our standard contract provides you with:-
- a maintenance visit by a qualified engineer,
either annual, or twice-yearly for
centrally-monitored systems
- access to our 24-hour support service. |

Site Survey
-
If you have any concerns about your existing
servicing arrangements and want to check
alternative possibilities, we will be
pleased to discuss this with you and, if
appropriate, complete a free-of-charge site
survey. |

Quotation
-
From the survey, we would hope to be able to
provide you with a quotation for a service
contract, for the installation as it exists. |

Problems
-
In the unfortunate event that we have
genuine concerns about any aspect of the
existing installation, we will explain those
concerns fully and, if possible, advise as
to how those issues could be resolved and at
what cost. |

Charging
-
We provide quality service for all our
customers, and do not charge any premium for
sites which we have not installed ourselves. |
